With this property already closed an urgent sale was required. Situated within sizeable grounds Halo Care provided the solid strategic advice required, which included options for redevelopment. Using our extensive network of contacts, we were able to identify a purchaser with the right profile, who was familiar with both residential and care development leading to a swift unconditional sale.
Owing to forthcoming retirement, Halo Care were appointed to sell a Northamptonshire nursing home situated within an affluent and attractive village setting, with planning permission granted to extend capacity to 50 beds. A confidential sale was of paramount importance and we were able to identify a purchaser using our extensive network of contacts with zero advertising. An off market sale was eventually concluded to a Hertfordshire based provider who acquired the entire issued share capital of the limited company.
This prime site is situated in approximately 3.5 acres on the edge of the affluent Surrey Town of Chobham. Halo Care provided strategic disposal advice and identified a buyer in the form of a new entrant to the retirement living sector. The site was sold on a subject to planning basis and a successful planning consent obtained for a bespoke development of retirement housing with associated facilities.
This imposing detached Victorian property is situated within a desirable London borough location with strong surrounding residential values. Faced with the prospect of diminishing commercial viability, the owners sought an exit strategy that made best use of the inherent property value. Halo Care carried out a strategic acquisition on behalf of a London based investment fund in complete confidence who intend to develop the property for alternative use.
Acting on behalf of a client with ambitious expansion plans, Halo Care were able to source, negotiate, and eventually complete on a site in Ipswich for the development of a new 75 bed care home. Planning has now been successfully obtained with work due to commence in 2018. Our valuable network of contacts helped to procure this opportunity on an off market basis.
